Silvija Seres is a mathematician and a technology investor. She has a PhD in algorithm optimisation from Oxford, and has worked on the search engine Alta Vista in Silicon Valley. She is now a board member in several large companies, and a founder of a life-long learning podcast startup LØRN.

Head of Emerging Technologies @NordeaVille leads Nordea’s distributed ledger core development and research team. He has fifteen years of experience in digital financial services and has held several key positions worldwide in financial services and connected devices industries. Before joining Nordea Ville was the head of strategy for Ericsson’s digital financial services unit, a global leader in interoperable e-money and mobile wallet solutions.

Dan Johnson
MasterCardDan Johnson is vice president, Identity Products for Mastercard based in London. He is a key leader in Mastercard’s initiative to create an effective, efficient and principled model of digital identity in an increasingly connected world. His team is helping to define how a person’s identity, and the entities operating on their behalf, can be verified immediately, safely and securely, across multiple touchpoints in both the digital and physical worlds.
Prior to joining Mastercard, Mr. Johnson was head of digital identity at HSBC Digital Solutions, where he worked with the UK government and a public/private consortium to define a multi-sector, multi-jurisdiction digital identity ecosystem designed to streamline cross-border bank account opening. He has also held senior IT and project management roles at Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital and the General Medical Council.
Mr. Johnson’s career spans more than 20 years, predominantly in financial services, but also within the commercial and public sectors. Originally a COBOL programmer and software tester, he has designed and delivered global customer data management, account opening and financial product management systems.

Steve Pannifer
Consult HyperionSteve is a well-known expert in digital identity having contributed to numerous leading initiatives around the world. He has worked for banks, telcos, governments and technology firms, advising on all aspects of digital identity including governance, business models, architecture and implementation. Steve is a director of Consult Hyperion and a member of PCAG, the Privacy and Consumer Advisory Group to the UK government.
