We do not give data to third parties, with the exceptions of

Sharing event attendee information
We share the attendee lists to Mobey Forum’s events among the attendees.
Information share includes name, company and job title. We do not share contact
details of the attendees.
Moving data outside the EU or ETA
The following services that we use for marketing purposes may move data outside the EU or ETA:

– SurveyMonkey – USA / Privacy Shield
– MailChimp – USA / Privacy Shield
The PrivacyTrust Privacy Shield program is designed to assist companies self-
certifying to the U.S. Department of Commerce that they comply with the EU-U.S.
Privacy Shield Framework and/or the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set
forth by the Department.
Principles behind protection of the register
We ensure the protection of the register with proper technical and organisational
measures. We protect the data with different physical and digital measures as well as with training and instruction of staff.
However, moving data on the public web (internet) is never completely safe. Although we aim to ensure the protection of the data on the register with all reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee the security of the data you send to our website, so all data sent to our website is at the user’s own risk. Once we have received data, we aim to prevent the unauthorised use of the register with security measures and technical protection.
Right of access and rectification
Subjects have the right to access the data held about them in the register and the
right to have inaccurate personal data rectified. We make the requested rectifications and additions, or we remove incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or old data.
Mobey Forum has the responsibility to confirm the identity of the subject, so that we can respond to the aforementioned requests.
